  • Route map for Boogie Nights by Josh Spiker on plotaroute.com

Description: For 10 weeks every summer (except 2020) hundreds gather on the Ventura Promenade at 6pm on Wednesday for Boogie Nights. We usually have themes and accompanying costumes. Some run fast, some walk, and most are in between. After the race participants enjoy food and drinks in front of Aloha Steakhouse (they provide the food). If you want to run a nice 5k distance you can do it at any time!

How to get there: Think Ventura Pier.

Parking: There is paid parking at the pier parking structure. You can get you ticket validated if you get food or drink at one of the local businesses. Some good options are: Aloha Steakhouse; Beach House Tacos; Made West Brewing

Description: This easy run takes you down the road and through a park in Oxnard Shores. We have you starting at 5th Street and Mandalay Beach Road, but you can start at any point along the course.

How to get there: From Ventura take Harbor Blvd south. Turn right on 5th Street. Google Map

Parking: Park on the street, either 5th or Mandalay. There are no restrooms here, but you will find them at Oxnard Beach Park, 1 mile into the run.
